Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased from our online store. This right begins from the day you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product.
We will refund the amount within 5 days after we have received and collected the product back.
Product Condition Upon Return
You are responsible for any decrease in the product's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. You may test the item in the same way you would if you were buying it in a physical store.
If the product has been handled beyond what is described above, this may result in a partial refund upon return, depending on the decrease in its value. The assessment of the product's condition upon return is at the discretion of your3dprinter.net.
Warranty and Complaints
In accordance with Danish legislation, a 2-year warranty applies to products. This warranty covers all defects related to software, materials, and manufacturing. Any complaint regarding defects or faults must be reported to your3dprinter.net within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A period of two months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The right to claim is void in case of incorrect or abnormal use of the product.
